SJM Youth Class – Rules, Policies, and Waiver
Class Schedule: Classes will be conducted in person every Saturday at Shree Jalaram Mandir.
Class Cancellation: In the event a class must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, parents and students will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
Student Conduct: All students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior. If a student’s actions disrupt the class or others, the teachers reserve the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, which may include removal from the class.
Attendance & Punctuality: Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
Liability Disclaimer: Neither the teachers nor Shree Jalaram Mandir will be held responsible for any personal loss, injury, or accident involving students or parents during class sessions or related events.
Materials & Supplies: Students must bring their own water bottle and any class materials provided by the teachers.
Communication: A designated WhatsApp group will be used to communicate weekly class summaries, homework, and other class-related updates. Details regarding this group will be shared in the welcome email.
Cleanliness: All students are responsible for keeping the Mandir premises clean and tidy.
Dress Code: Students must follow an appropriate dress code during class.
Electronic Devices: Cell phones and other electronic devices are not allowed during class time.
Pickup Policy: Students must be picked up promptly at the end of their session. Teachers and volunteers are not responsible for supervising students after their class ends.
Media Consent: By participating in the SJM Youth Classes, you grant permission for Shree Jalaram Mandir to take photographs or videos of your child during class or class-related events. These may be used on the Mandir’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, or other publications.
